What does the Silver Coast offer for the holidays that say goodbye to 2018 and welcome 2019?

The temperatures have dropped significantly, Christmas is upon us, and with it come dinners, parties, and traditions. It starts with the games organized by the institutions, then the concerts in the square, the Filarmonica and theater performances.

In Orbetello, the Christmas House, an indoor playground and inflatable playground, will welcome children’s laughter from December 15th to January the 6th.

Between 23rd and 24th December, Santa Claus will introduce himself to the children in the squares of Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and Magliano in Tuscany.

Starting from 26 December, do not miss the nativity scenes inside the hamlets of Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano or, moving a bit, from Pereta.

New Year’s night.

For the night of 31 December 2018, you can choose between the classic dinner in restaurants, some with a DJ set after midnight to dance and continue to celebrate without moving to other clubs.

Or you can choose the square.

This year Monte Argentario offers two concerts: The Gipsy King in Porto Santo Stefano and the New Trolls in Porto Ercole followed by a DJ set.

It’s 2019, the events are not finished!

Even the greetings to the first days of the new year are not without events.

The live nativity scenes continue until the 6th January and in Porto Santo Stefano, do not miss the underwater crib set up inside the Aquarium of the village.

In Orbetello, from December to the 20th January a planetarium will be set up in the square, where films of about 5 minutes will be screened which will give you the illusion of being among the stars.

Until February, you can enjoy Birdwatching inside the WWF Oasis in Orbetello.
